He has a keen understanding of the recruiting process and is very detail-oriented, which both hiring managers and candidates appreciate. Michelle has over 20 years of talent acquisition and external search experience to include in-house HR support within complex matrix, global organizations. She came up the ranks as an external Recruiter working for premier search firms, with a focus on developing strong candidate and client relationships for start-ups to mid-large Fortune 500 companies including IT, hardware/software, high tech, entertainment, media, e-commerce, telecom, gaming, aerospace, banking/financial, Insurance and healthcare industries. As a dedicated partner, Michelle has worked closely with global Business Leaders and Hiring Managers in providing world-class talent to fulfill critical business needs. The recent decade, her focus in the power electronics space with Infineon Technologies entailed supporting executive leadership hiring and team building, as well as managing the search and hiring process for all levels of talent within technical, engineering and central function roles. With strong experience on both sides of the business, Michelle has a well-rounded, comprehensive understanding of what it takes to facilitate beneficial and relevant connections that fulfill both company and job seeker’s goals.
